We are also pleased to sponsor two of Ireland’s top 2wd rally drivers Frank Kelly in his “Baby Blue” Ford Escort MK2 and Shane McGirr in his Toyota Starlet.
Frank has had many 2wd overall results all over Ireland and also abroad in places like Australia. Shane is a multiple 2wd Irish Forestry champion and has numerous 2wd overall results and like Frank has also taken part in rallies abroad like Rally Trinidad.
Campbell Contracts Limited since 2008 has been the main sponsor of the local rally time trial run by Enniskillen motor club annually in July. The event was initially run out of the company’s premises with the rally taking place over Brougher Mountain, the event has moved to a quarry venue in the last number of years. Along with sponsoring the event the Campbell family and friends also organise various charity events to run alongside the rally and since 2008 over £77,000 has been raised for various local charities including Marie Curie, Action Cancer, Chest Heart & Stroke, Friends of the Cancer Centre and Macmillan Cancer Care
